Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Solutions team as a Customer Retention Agent. As a Customer Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer base by delivering exceptional service to our customers in the pest control industry. Your primary responsibility will be to retain existing customers by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and strong communication skills to understand and resolve customer concerns. This is a full-time position with a pay of $24-$28 with commissions, bonuses and weekly incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers who are considering canceling their services or have other concerns

  • Use active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and find the best solutions to address them

  • Provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' situations

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive retention and upsell additional products or services

  • Meet or exceed retention and sales targets

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong empathy skills and ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds and experiences

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and solve problems creatively

  • Comfortable with using computer, including CRM systems and call center software

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

  • Eagerness to go above and beyond to address customer and employee needs

  • Ability to fully complete tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner with effective feedback to Hawx operational leadership
