The Customer Success Lead's purpose is to help team members achieve goals and provide a high level of customer service to our clientele. The Customer Success Lead will perform the following duties

  1. Weekly 1:1's with each team member

  2. Call coachings

  3. Measuring KPIs

  4. Helping with phone queues when busy

  5. Monitoring time cards

  6. Updating reports

  7. Bonus verifications

Pay

  • $16- $19 hour - Will vary depending on experience and availability

Duties

  • Provide written and verbal communications to our customers in a manner that demonstrates our culture of caring.

  • Take ownership of customer cases to full resolution, communicating efficiently with internal departments when needed.

  • Continuously learn and improve product knowledge

  • Managing customer expectations effectively, and solving issues related to fulfillment and order inaccuracy

    • Perform other duties and assignments as requested.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous customer service experience

  • (1 Year) lead experience

  • Ability to empathize with customers

  • Team player
