The CA Residential Sales Professional (RSP) is responsible for increasing residential sales by developing strong customer relationships and helping solve customer issues. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. RSPs are also responsible for providing detailed home inspections and the completion of WDO state reports.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through company assigned leads and self-generate additional opportunities, including creative leads and referrals to additionally drive sales

  • Provide timely follow-up on all pending termite and pest control proposals and sales to ensure every (potential) customer's needs are met

  • Problem-solve all customer needs by utilizing provided training to decide on the best overall solution for each pest/termite control concern

  • Conduct full wood destroying organism inspections of the interior and exterior of customer properties and make recommendations based on findings you've encountered throughout your inspection

  • Provide written graphs and other required documentation to submit state required inspection reports in a timely manner

  • Provide customers with termite and pest control estimates for needed treatments while explaining our treatment processes and expectations. Address any questions or concerns each customer may have

  • Follow up with the completion of sold work to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Branch 2 and Branch 3 license

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives

  • Impeccable interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong written and oral communications skills are needed to communicate information necessary to process new business and changes in produces

  • Must be proactive in recognizing changing business needs and developing corresponding changes in approach and processes

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification

  • Ability to work in the field independently and professionally

Salary

  • $65,000 - $110,000 per year (includes hourly base + commission)
